About This Course
This programme equips aspiring executives to lead women's football clubs through advanced training in strategic planning, commercial development, governance and player pathways. Across 12 modules over two years, it covers club management fundamentals, financial strategy, legal compliance, marketing, investment frameworks, sport directorship, recruitment, performance analytics, international football governance and leadership development.
Delivered part-time with weekly evening virtual sessions plus in-person days in London and Manchester every two months (virtual attendance also available), the MSc is accredited by the University of Portsmouth in collaboration with the PFA Business School.
