Sport Facility Management

Designed for professionals and aspiring managers working across sports complexes, fitness centres, stadiums, and public or private clubs, this intermediate-level course provides a comprehensive introduction to sport facility management. Participants develop both strategic and operational skills, covering urban planning of sports facilities, management models, human resources, maintenance, financial management, quality control, and communication and commercialisation planning.

Delivered entirely online by the Johan Cruyff Institute, the course runs over ten weeks and carries six ECTS credits, with a recommended commitment of eight to ten hours per week. Tuition is structured across theoretical, practical, and personal-project phases, supported by live webinars, case studies, and a dedicated virtual campus. Upon completion, students receive a blockchain-verified Certificate for the Course in Sport Facility Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute. The course is available in English or Spanish.
