7 Steps for 7-A-Side: The Guide

Designed for youth academy coaches, academy managers, heads of methodology, heads of player development, and scouts, this intermediate-level course offers a structured, seven-step framework for understanding and applying 7-a-side soccer. Delivered under the guidance of Bernat Franquesa, co-founder of Albert Puig Football Concepts (APFC), the programme covers all phases of the game — from solving the initial situation through to defending the counterattack — with an emphasis on player decision-making, developmental stages, and practical drill implementation.

The course is delivered entirely online and can be completed within two weeks. It is structured around video modules totalling approximately three hours of content, culminating in a dedicated drills folder with exercises ready for immediate use in training sessions.
