Coaches Academy II

Coaches Academy II, delivered by Barca Innovation Hub, is an advanced programme aimed at coaches working in athlete development within football. The course explores evolving theories of learning and places particular emphasis on the relationship between coach and player, moving away from traditional one-way instruction towards a bidirectional exchange of intentions and approaches. Topics include feedback methodologies and the planning of specific, variable, and continuous simulation situations using constraints-based practice.

The course is delivered entirely online and is available in both English and Spanish, making it accessible to an international audience. It is completed within three months. As an advanced-level offering from Barca Innovation Hub — the educational and innovation platform of FC Barcelona — it carries the association of one of football's most widely recognised institutions in coaching and player development methodology.
