Specialist in the Planning and Programming of Youth Football - Online

Designed for academy managers, youth academy coaches, heads of player development, strength and conditioning coaches, and physical education teachers, this advanced course explores the MBP methodology for planning and programming youth football training. Rather than grouping players by chronological age, it teaches coaches to identify stages of game understanding through ludological testing, then build and sequence training content accordingly across a full season — creating a coherent, club-wide structure.

The course is delivered entirely online by MBP School of Coaches over ten weeks, requiring approximately 50 hours of study. Learning is structured across ten modules and incorporates gamification, storytelling, and interactive challenges. Upon completion, participants earn the Specialist in the Planning and Programming of Youth Football certification, awarded by MBP School of Coaches.
