Barcelona T1 Coaching

Designed for coaches at every level of the game, the TOVO T1 Training course focuses on building a new architecture for talent development in football. Participants explore innovative methodologies for maximising player intelligence, competence, and character, with workshop content covering the Talent Activation Triangle, Principles of Play, training session architecture, and age-appropriate development strategies. The programme draws an international cohort of coaches looking to rethink and redesign how they develop players.

The course follows a blended learning format, combining preparatory online modules with in-person classroom workshops and on-field sessions held in Sitges, near Barcelona. It is delivered by TOVO Academy, founded by Todd Beane, whose faculty includes experienced educators and professional coaches with backgrounds at leading academic institutions and European football academies. The programme runs for one week and participants receive a course certificate upon completion.
