Master High Performance in Football - Barcelona

Aimed at football coaches working at the high-performance level, assistant coaches, tactical analysts, scouts, and current or former professional players, this master's programme covers a comprehensive coaching methodology built around tactical preference. Across seven modules, participants explore individual and collective tactics, structured training methodology, scouting and video analysis, physical and psychological preparation, and the construction of a personal game model. The programme concludes with a final thesis in which each coach presents their own game model.

Delivered in person in Barcelona over 80 days (350 hours), the course combines theoretical and practical classes, on-field sessions, and live match analysis, including attendance at FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol fixtures. Participants also gain access to the SSP platform and have the opportunity to earn the Flux Professional Certification. Successful graduates receive the Master in High Performance Football certification. The programme is delivered by MBP School of Coaches, with each student assigned a personal tutor throughout.
