Aimed at football coaches, assistant coaches, tactical analysts, scouts, professional players, sports journalists, and player agents, this advanced programme delivered by Coaches' Voice School focuses on more than 80 collective fundamentals of the game. Structured across ten modules, it covers group line fundamentals — defensive, midfield, and attacking lines — alongside universal collective fundamentals organised by playing zones (initiation, construction, and finishing), developing participants' ability to identify optimal tactical responses in each situation.

The course is delivered entirely online over 16 weeks (80 hours), allowing students to study at their own pace. It uses a gamification methodology built around a narrative scenario, interactive challenges, and virtual mentoring. Upon completion, participants earn the title of Especialista en Fundamentos Colectivos del Juego, and the programme counts towards credits in Coaches' Voice School's Master en Fútbol de Alto Rendimiento.
