Master in Football Law

Designed for law graduates and practising lawyers, this postgraduate programme provides specialist training in football law and the legal frameworks governing professional football. Students develop expertise across contract negotiation and drafting, player transfers and registrations, doping and disciplinary proceedings, sponsorship and image rights, and representation before bodies such as FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. The programme suits both recent graduates seeking a focused specialisation and established lawyers looking to extend their practice into the sports sector.

Delivered via an online streaming platform with an in-person week in Miami, the programme runs from January to July — approximately six months of theoretical and practical study. Additional pre-professional internships of three to six months are available, with placements guaranteed for the top five students. Successful candidates receive a certification from ITTI Sports Institute, endorsed by the International Association of Football Lawyers (AIAF). The programme is directed by Daniel Cravo, CAS arbitrator and AIAF Executive Committee member, and Andrea Bozza, Head of Football at Deloitte Legal Italy, with a wider faculty drawn from FIFA, FIFPRO, leading law firms, and international sports arbitration bodies.
