BA (Hons) Sports Business and Sports Law

Designed for students with a passion for both sport and law, this three-year full-time undergraduate degree combines the commercial and legal dimensions of the sports industry. Core areas of study include contract negotiation, governance, compliance, domestic and EU sports law, anti-doping regulations, intellectual property, sponsorship deals, and the role of governing bodies. Students also examine social media legislation, stadium safety, and international sports business, applying theory to live projects to build practical employability skills.

Delivered on campus at UCFB's Wembley and Manchester locations, the programme is taught through seminars, guest speaker sessions, industry networking, and workshop masterclasses with sports law specialists. It runs over three years on a full-time basis, with an intake each September. UCFB operates as an embedded college of the University of East London, and all graduates receive a degree awarded by the University of East London.
