Alt Sporting Director MBA
Association of Sporting DirectorsA 12-month executive programme from the Association of Sporting Directors, built by elite Sporting Directors to develop technical leaders through live executive insight, structured learning, mentorship and applied impact projects.
About This Course
The Alt Sporting Director MBA is a 12-month executive programme designed by elite Sporting Directors for current and aspiring technical leaders in professional football. Rather than focusing purely on academic certification, it combines live executive insight with structured learning across strategy, governance, finance, recruitment, leadership and negotiation, culminating in an Applied Impact Project.
Each participant is paired with a dedicated football mentor throughout the 2027 cohort and receives full executive ASD membership, including access to the ASDonline education platform and attendance at the ASD Global Conference. The programme is led by senior football executives including Paul Mitchell, Rebecca Caplehorn (Premier League CFO) and Julian Ward (Fenway Sports Group).
