BA (Hons) Football Coaching & Management

Designed for aspiring football coaches and managers, this undergraduate degree covers talent identification and development, community and academy coaching, scouting and recruitment, leadership, and performance analysis across all levels of the game. Students engage with both the theory and practice of coaching, progressing from grassroots environments through to professional football, with opportunities for work experience placements at clubs across the football pyramid.

Delivered on a full-time, classroom basis at UCFB's Wembley and Manchester campuses, the degree runs over three years (or four years with a foundation year). Teaching is provided by UEFA-qualified coaches, some with Premier League academy backgrounds, alongside academics. The qualification is awarded by the University of East London, of which UCFB is an embedded college.
