Barcelona T3 Coaching

Designed for coaches who have already completed TOVO's T1 and T2 programmes, the Barcelona T3 course focuses on team management and game model development within the TOVO methodology. Participants explore how to manage players individually and collectively, develop a coherent system of play, and address real-world coaching challenges through active, peer-driven learning. Classroom workshops cover topics including injury prevention, position-specific training, and performance preparation, while field sessions put these principles into practice.

The course is delivered in person in Sitges, near Barcelona, combining classroom workshops with on-field sessions and a visit to a Catalan academy. It is run by TOVO Academy, whose faculty comprises experienced educators and professional coaches. Participants receive a course certificate on completion. An upcoming intake is scheduled for January 2027.
