Barcelona T2 Coaching

Aimed at coaches at all levels seeking to expand their talent-development skills, the Barcelona T2 Coaching course guides participants through the principles of intelligent training, exploring leadership qualities, performance in all its dimensions, and how to implement a coherent, progressive training programme using the TOVO Methodology. Participants examine coaching standards, movement and performance, applied principles of play, and session construction, with the goal of designing effective development pathways for individual players and teams.

The programme follows a blended format across three environments: online preparatory modules, classroom workshops, and on-field sessions held in Sitges, near Barcelona. The course runs for one week and is delivered by TOVO Academy's specialist faculty, described as experienced educators and professional coaches with backgrounds at leading academic institutions and European football academies. Participants who complete the programme receive a course certificate. The course is delivered in English.
