High Performance Leadership in Sports

High Performance Leadership in Sports is an executive programme designed for senior professionals across the sports ecosystem — including performance directors, academy leaders, physiotherapists, and chief performance officers — who want to sharpen their leadership effectiveness and prepare for greater responsibility. Delivered by FOCUS Sports Education, the curriculum spans emotional intelligence, leadership communication, managing diverse teams, crisis decision-making, driving organisational change, and building a long-term leadership legacy.

The programme runs from 18 to 28 May 2026 in a blended format, combining online sessions with an optional in-person element in London, including an alumni gathering and graduation on 29 May. A fully online route is also available. The ten-day programme includes live interactive lessons, guided feedback, case studies, and a real-world leadership assessment project, with lifetime access to course materials. A diploma is awarded upon completion. The programme is led by faculty with backgrounds in elite sport and leadership psychology.
