Mini MBA Sporting Directorship

Aimed at aspiring and current sporting directors, club executives, scouts, and former footballers seeking to move into management, the Mini MBA in Sporting Directorship covers the core technical and strategic dimensions of running a football club. Topics span leadership and team-building, academy structure and talent development, strategic sporting management, recruitment strategy, data analytics, and financial management including Financial Fair Play regulations. The programme is designed for motivated professionals ready to take on or advance in technical leadership roles within football organisations.

Delivered entirely online through live, interactive sessions alongside on-demand materials, the programme runs for six weeks at approximately four to five hours per week. A professional diploma is awarded upon completion, and participants gain lifetime access to course materials. The next cohort starts on 28 September 2026.
