Navigating Conflict of Interest in Agent Representation: From Regulations to Practice

Designed for licensed football agents — particularly those licensed by the Italian Football Association (FIGC) — this intermediate-level course provides an in-depth examination of conflict of interest in agent representation. It covers the legal concept of conflict of interest, FIFA Football Agent Regulations, dual representation in practice, labour market analysis, and dispute resolution, equipping participants with both regulatory knowledge and practical decision-making skills for real-world scenarios.

Delivered entirely online by the Johan Cruyff Institute, the course runs across five two-hour sessions totalling ten hours. It is taught in English and Italian by Dr Serhat Yilmaz, Lecturer in Sports Law at Loughborough University, and Dr Giambattista Rossi, Lecturer in Management at Birkbeck College. Participants who complete the course receive a blockchain-verified certificate issued by the Johan Cruyff Institute.
