Expert in Youth Football - Barcelona

Aimed at youth academy coaches, academy managers, physical education teachers, strength and conditioning coaches, and heads of player development, this advanced programme focuses on the psychopedagogical principles of football training in the formative stages. Across five modules, participants explore seasonal planning and scheduling, coaching methodology using the MBP method, values education, physical preparation for young players, and game model design for small-sided formats. The course also requires completion of a final thesis summarising learning outcomes.

Delivered in a classroom setting in Barcelona, the programme runs for five weeks, totalling 130 hours of study. Upon completion, participants earn the Formative Football Expert certification, awarded by MBP School of Coaches. The course is conducted in English.
