FIFA Diploma in Football Law

The FIFA Diploma in Football Law is a high-level training programme designed for legal professionals and executives operating within football. It targets those working in the legal departments of FIFA member associations, clubs, leagues, and players' unions, as well as practising lawyers active in the field. The curriculum covers Introduction to Football Law, FIFA Transfer Regulations, other aspects of football law, CAS proceedings, and soft skills, culminating in a final project presentation.

Delivered in a classroom format across various locations, the programme runs for one week or less. It awards a FIFA Diploma in Football Law, reflecting FIFA's commitment to advancing legal expertise across the football industry. The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, serves as academic partner to FIFA and is responsible for the design, coordination, and administration of the programme.
