Sports Law Programme

Designed for law graduates, practising lawyers, athlete representatives, sports administrators, and professional athletes, the Sports Law Programme covers the legal and juridical foundations of sport from a practical standpoint. Core modules address sport organisation and structure, sports labour law, disciplinary law, FIFA and UEFA regulations including transfers, fair play mechanisms such as doping and match-fixing prevention, and international arbitration as a dispute resolution method. Content is developed and taught by specialists at Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo Abogados, one of the leading sports law firms internationally.

The three-month programme is delivered in Spanish and is available on-site in Valencia, in a hybrid format, or fully online, with classes held every Friday. It is led by Juan de Dios Crespo, ranked among Spain's top sports lawyers by Chambers & Partners. Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate from European Sport Business School and Centro de Formación Fundació Valencia CF, though this is not an officially recognised university qualification.
