Designed for coaches and team managers at all levels, this introductory course explores a structured methodology for setting and achieving goals within a soccer team environment. Delivered by Ricardo Peixe, a high-performance mental coach with experience across more than 100 clubs and companies, the content covers how to define clear objectives, build commitment among players, and develop a success-oriented mindset.
