Learners explore how to translate real-world footballing qualities — including technical, tactical, and psychological attributes — into measurable data points, and how to apply benchmarking and weighting to identify ideal performance levels. The module also addresses the limitations of dataset-based recruitment and concludes with an interactive exercise centred on finding a new full-back.
