PFSA Scouting Programme

The PFSA Scouting Programme is a comprehensive package of scouting and analysis courses aimed at individuals looking to fast-track a career in professional football scouting. It covers talent identification, opposition analysis, technical scouting, performance analysis, data analysis, and advanced reporting across foundational through to advanced levels, catering to aspiring scouts seeking roles from youth team to first-team environments.

The programme is delivered entirely online through a combination of self-paced and tutor-led formats, including Zoom-based sessions. Courses range from two to four hours each at foundational level, with higher-level modules available in classroom format. Participants who reach at least Level 2 certification earn internationally recognised PFSA qualifications and gain access to the PFSA Scouting Network, where they complete real assignments for professional clubs. The programme is delivered by the PFSA and is exclusively endorsed by Instat.
