Curso Intensivo en Preparación Física en Fútbol Formativo Online

Designed for methodology directors, academy coordinators, grassroots coaches, physical trainers, and physical education teachers, this intensive course focuses on physical preparation within youth football development. Delivered in Spanish and grounded in MBP methodology, it guides participants through the principles of conditional development for young players, covering psychomotricity, coordination, basic and specific motor skills, and how to design training sessions that build the physical and cognitive foundations young footballers need to perform effectively in the game.

The course is delivered entirely online across eight modules, with a total dedication of approximately 35 hours over eight weeks. Participants can begin at any time and study at their own pace. On completion, students receive a certificate titled Curso Intensivo en Preparación Física en Fútbol Formativo. The programme also forms part of the broader Experto en Fútbol Formativo pathway offered by Coaches' Voice School.
