Differential Learning System (DLS) Drills Package: Ball Receiving

Designed for coaches who want to accelerate athlete learning, this Soccer Hub package introduces the Differential Learning System (DLS) as applied to ball receiving in soccer. Created by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang I. Schöllhorn — the originator of the DLS methodology — the course provides a practical set of drills that coaches can implement directly in training sessions. The course is delivered entirely online through the Soccer Hub platform and can be completed in under a day, comprising a single lesson of approximately 15 minutes. It offers unlimited access and is available via the Soccer Hub app. The instructor, Prof. Dr. Schöllhorn, holds a Ph.D. in biomechanics from the University of Frankfurt and is a professor of training and movement science at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
