Fast and Clever Throw-in Training

Fast and Clever Throw-in Training focuses on the short, quick throw-in: the technique, decision-making, and team patterns that turn a throw-in from a reset into an attacking opportunity. Participants work through the mechanics of fast delivery, receiving under pressure, and the coordinated off-ball movement teammates need to make for short throws to function at pace. The course is aimed at coaches at youth, semi-professional, and professional levels who want to add structured throw-in work to their sessions.

Delivered online through Throw-In Academy's platform, the programme is self-paced and designed to be completed in around a week. It is led by Danish throw-in specialist Thomas Gronnemark, whose work with Liverpool FC and other professional clubs has helped establish throw-in coaching as a distinct discipline within the modern game.
