Gronnemark´s Throw-in Mastery

Gronnemark's Throw-in Mastery is a comprehensive training programme covering the full spectrum of throw-in work — long, fast, and clever throws, the decision-making framework behind each type, and the team patterns that make each effective in match situations. Participants work through technique, coaching methodology, and session design, building the tools to introduce structured throw-in training into their own club or team. It is aimed at coaches at all levels who want to develop a specialist understanding of a historically under-coached area of the game.

Delivered online through Throw-In Academy's platform on a self-paced basis over around a week, the programme is led by Danish throw-in specialist Thomas Gronnemark, whose work with Liverpool FC and other professional clubs has helped bring structured throw-in coaching into elite football.
