Aimed at aspiring and practising recruitment analysts, this intermediate-level module examines how professional analysts develop a thorough understanding of their club's recruitment needs. Drawing on the expertise of analysts from the Premier League and Championship, it covers the sources used to identify recruitment requirements, how to make effective use of colleagues' knowledge, and how to help clubs refine their targets. Key tools introduced include player profiles and the Four Corner talent model, with interactive exercises culminating in building a profile for a new defensive midfielder.

Delivered entirely online by AnalyiSport, the module comprises approximately two hours of content and can be completed at the learner's own pace via a browser on a laptop or PC. It carries CPD accreditation and awards a certificate of completion. The module forms the second part of AnalyiSport's Level 2 The Recruitment Process qualification but can also be taken as a standalone course.
