The Recruitment Analysis Process in Football

Building on a Level 1 foundation, this intermediate course examines the best-practice methods used by recruitment analysts at elite football clubs. It covers the end-to-end recruitment analysis process, identifying a club's specific requirements, and translating those needs into searchable data profiles using performance metrics, benchmarking, and the Four Corner model. Aimed at aspiring recruitment analysts, sports science or football students, coaches, and football journalists, it assumes some prior familiarity with data-based recruitment.

The course is delivered entirely online and is self-paced, comprising six hours of content across three modules, each ending with an assessment. Learners who pass all three assessments earn three CPD points and a downloadable certificate, with the course forming part of a Level 2 Qualification.
