International Master in Football Coaching and Management

Designed for football coaches, technical staff, club managers, and professionals working within football institutions, this nine-month master's programme offers a comprehensive grounding in both the tactical and business dimensions of the sport. The curriculum spans modern training methodology, talent development, academy management, sports law, club governance, marketing, and the application of data analytics and artificial intelligence in football. Students also have the opportunity to participate in international field trips to compare the Spanish football model with approaches used in other countries.

Delivered on campus in Alcobendas, Madrid, the programme runs over nine months and carries 60 ECTS credits, leading to a private master's degree issued by Universidad Europea de Madrid. It is offered in English or Spanish and is developed under the supervision of Real Madrid F.C. through the Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea.
