Sport Coaching

Designed for both sports professionals and those working in high-performance business environments, this certified programme develops the skills needed to lead and manage teams at an elite level. Across four structured modules, participants study leadership in sport, talent management, collective team dynamics, and intervention strategies in elite settings. The curriculum also incorporates coaching techniques, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, and effective feedback methods, preparing graduates for roles such as coach, team manager, sports consultant, or performance advisor.

The programme is delivered entirely online through the Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea, with all materials accessible from the outset via a virtual campus. It runs for ten weeks and carries six ECTS credits, with participants earning a Certified Program in Sports Coaching — a private degree issued by Universidad Europea de Madrid. The course is available in both English and Spanish.
