Long Term Player Development in Soccer

Designed for coaches, academy staff, and club administrators at all levels, this Soccer Hub course provides a comprehensive framework for developing soccer players from initial recruitment through to first-team integration. Delivered by Paulo Cardoso — a practitioner with experience as Technical Director at academies including Al Ahli (Saudi Arabia) and Sporting CP (Portugal) — the content addresses three core pillars: player recruitment, player development, and player management, treating the academy as a structured production process.

The course is delivered entirely online through Soccer Hub's platform and comprises 27 lessons across seven sections, with an estimated curriculum spread of 16 weeks, though learners receive unlimited lifetime access.
