Video Scouting in Football

Aimed at budding analysts, coaches, journalists, and football professionals, this introductory module from AnalyiSport covers the fundamentals of assessing players through video. Learners explore how elite recruitment analysts in the Premier League and La Liga use video footage alongside data, following the process from preparation through to producing a final scouting report. A hands-on exercise places participants in the role of a video scout, tasked with assessing a goalkeeper and reporting their findings to a club.

The module is delivered entirely online and can be completed in a day or less, with learners progressing at their own pace across text, animations, and interactive exercises. It is CPD accredited and awards a certificate of completion.
