Women in Football Leadership Programme (WFLP)

Designed for women in decision-making positions within national associations and their stakeholders — or those with clear potential to move into such roles — the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme focuses on developing senior leadership capabilities within the football industry. Participants explore core leadership skills, self-awareness, and personal and professional growth, while also benefiting from coaching and structured networking opportunities with peers from diverse backgrounds across the global game.

The programme is delivered face-to-face over one week at IMD Business School in Lausanne, with an estimated ten hours of learning. It accommodates up to 24 participants per edition and runs annually, with the 2025 edition scheduled for 4–8 August. The programme is delivered in partnership with IMD Business School and presented in association with EA SPORTS FC. Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate of completion. The programme is organised and administered by the UEFA Academy.
