Centre-Back Analysis

Designed for scouts and analysts looking to deepen their understanding of the defensive position, this intermediate-level workshop focuses on in-depth analysis of the modern centre-back. Participants examine individual attributes, assess potential in younger defenders, and explore strengths and weaknesses across different phases of play and competitive levels. The workshop is described as suitable for curious scouts wishing to sharpen their observation skills, and no prerequisites are required to attend.

Delivered entirely online via Zoom, the session runs for approximately one and a half to two hours, including a Q&A segment. It is part of IPSO's Level 2 workshop series and is CPD accredited, with a worldwide certificate of completion awarded afterwards. A standout feature is the involvement of Pavol Farkas, a former Slovakian international and Serie A player with Chievo Verona, who contributes as a guest tutor alongside IPSO's experienced scouts and analysts.
