Match Reporting

Designed for aspiring and practising scouts and analysts, this intermediate-level workshop from the International Professional Scouting Organisation (IPSO) focuses on opposition analysis and match reporting. Participants explore the process of producing a comprehensive match report, covering team analysis both defensively and offensively, unit structures, set-play routines, and identifying strengths and weaknesses. No prerequisites are required, and learners at any stage of their development are welcome to attend.

The workshop runs online via Zoom and lasts approximately one and a half to two hours, including an interactive Q&A session. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate and earn two CPD credits, accredited through the CPD Group. Tuition is delivered by one of IPSO's experienced scouts or analysts, with named tutors including professionals with backgrounds across the Premier League, international football, and top European clubs.
