Defensive Midfielder Analysis

Designed for scouts and analysts seeking to deepen their understanding of the defensive midfielder role, this intermediate-level workshop examines how the position has evolved across different eras and levels of the game. Participants explore the various types of defensive midfielders, assessing individual attributes, strengths and weaknesses, and the tactical thought processes required in the modern game. No prerequisites are required to enrol.

The workshop is delivered live online via Zoom, runs for approximately one and a half to two hours including a Q&A session, and is priced at £20. It is CPD accredited through the CPD Group and carries two CPD credits, with a worldwide certificate of completion issued afterwards. The International Professional Scouting Organisation (IPSO) delivers the session through a rotating panel of experienced scouts and analysts, which has included professionals with backgrounds in the Premier League, international football, and club recruitment roles.
