Full-Back Analysis

Designed for scouts, analysts, coaches, and players, this intermediate-level workshop examines the modern full-back role in depth, exploring how the position has evolved across different eras and formations. Topics covered include overlapping play, defensive responsibilities, and the emerging inverted full-back, with participants learning to assess individual attributes, strengths, weaknesses, and positional decision-making. No prerequisites are required to attend.

The workshop runs online via Zoom and lasts approximately one and a half to two hours, followed by a Q&A session. It is delivered by the International Professional Scouting Organisation (IPSO), with tutors selected from a pool of experienced scouts and analysts. Participants receive a CPD-accredited certificate of completion, accredited through The CPD Group, along with two CPD credits. The workshop is part of IPSO's Level 2 series and is conducted in English.
