About This Course
Designed for everyone involved in football, regardless of role or experience, Safeguarding For All provides a foundational overview of child safeguarding. The module examines best practice, poor practice, and abuse, and includes guidance for participants under 18 on how to safeguard themselves. It is open to anyone aged 14 and above and requires no prior safeguarding knowledge.
Delivered entirely online by The FA through its England Football Learning platform, the module takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and is free of charge. Completion is recorded against a participant's FAN (Football Association Number) account, though it is noted that this module does not replace or renew the separate Safeguarding Children qualification. To keep content current, the module carries a two-year expiry, after which participants are required to renew.
