UEFA C Diploma

Aimed at coaches looking to develop their skills and help players improve and engage with the game, the UEFA C Diploma is designed for those already holding the Introduction to Coaching Football or The FA Level 1 in Coaching Football qualification. Participants must be actively coaching a team in a season-long competition and hold valid First Aid in Football and Safeguarding Children certifications. The course replaces the former FA Level 2 in Coaching Football.

Delivered through a blend of face-to-face and online learning, the programme runs for approximately 16 to 20 weeks and is structured around three two-day modules — six contact days in total — supported by virtual one-to-one progress reviews between sessions. It is delivered by The FA's expert Coach Developers at various locations across England. Successful participants earn the UEFA C Diploma, a widely recognised coaching qualification within the European football pathway.
