Scouting and Recruitment of Top Performance Athletes

Designed for aspiring and practising scouts, this online Soccer Hub course covers the full scope of identifying and recruiting high-performance soccer players. Learners explore how to assess players and competitions, produce scouting reports that combine live observation with data analytics, and distinguish between potential and current performance. The curriculum also addresses youth scouting, positional evaluation across defensive and offensive profiles, the influence of tactics on recruitment decisions, and how top European scouting departments operate across 23 lessons organised into six sections.

The course is delivered entirely online through Soccer Hub's platform and is structured over 12 weeks, with unlimited access once enrolled. It is taught by Nuno Félix, an international scout with over 15 years of experience at Bundesliga clubs including Hannover 96 and Arminia Bielefeld, and currently a scouting consultant for FC Köln and RKS Raków. Assessments are included, and the course is available across all skill levels.
