Training Analysis in Football

Aimed at aspiring and practising performance analysts as well as coaches at any level of the game, this intermediate module explores how analysis supports training within professional football clubs. Topics covered include the structure of training sessions and drills, the training analysis workflow, how video and data are used during training, and the key skills a training analyst requires. The module sits within the Level 2 Key Processes in Performance Analysis qualification but can also be taken as a standalone course.

Delivered entirely online and self-paced, the module is accessible via a web browser on laptop or PC and includes text, animations, interactive exercises, and audio narration. On completion, learners receive a certificate of completion, and the module carries CPD accreditation. It was developed by AnalyiSport in collaboration with a group of performance analysts with Championship-level experience.
