UEFA Football Law Programme (UEFA FLP)

Designed for legal specialists and senior executives handling legal matters within the football industry, the UEFA Football Law Programme (UEFA FLP) offers an in-depth exploration of football law across four thematic areas: football's governing structures and regulations, FIFA transfer rules, disciplinary and commercial frameworks, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. It is aimed at practitioners working within national associations, football clubs, players' unions, leagues, and law firms who wish to deepen and update their expertise.

The programme runs over 12 months and is delivered face-to-face across four week-long sessions held at locations across Europe, with an estimated 250 hours of learning. It is developed and delivered by UEFA Academy in collaboration with internationally recognised academic institutions and legal practitioners. Participants who complete the programme are awarded a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) carrying 10 ECTS credits. The programme runs every second year, with its sixth intake scheduled for autumn 2025.
