TALENT ID YOUTH SCOUTING

Designed for coaches, scouts, analysts, managers, technical directors, and agents, this Level 3 programme covers the identification and evaluation of young football players from grassroots through to under-23 pro-academy level. Developed by Premier League scouts and heads of recruitment, it examines sophisticated scouting strategies, evidence-based decision-making, and observation techniques suited to both live and video analysis. The course requires no prerequisites and is open to amateurs and professionals alike.

Delivered live online via Zoom over four evenings of four hours each — 16 hours in total — the course is tutor-driven and interactive, incorporating case studies, role-play, and practical assessments. Participants must pass a written exam and submit a player report to earn the worldwide certificate of completion, which carries CPD Group endorsement. Tutors are drawn from a pool of experienced Premier League and international scouts and analysts, and the programme is delivered by the International Professional Scouting Organisation (IPSO).
